Hair Colour
$120 vs $15
Salon
Pay approx. $120 (for my length of cos) to enjoy the air-conditioned comfort coupled with the relaxation u feel while being pampered.
IF u are lucky, sometimes even a free drink!
They check the condition of your hair and wad products are suitable... using only the 'best' shampoos and conditioners. (we know that its basically the same brands we use anyways) They painstakingly conjure up the mixture before sparing no effort to ensure its done efficiently and to standard.
We get to sit in those swivel chairs (personally, I just LOVE to turn round and round in them :D), get our scalps massaged oh so nicely while being shampooed, lie (almost) comfortably in those sink things while we get our hair rinsed and conditioned.
Hair will be treated and then dried and styled ~ Ta-dahhhh~!!!
Perfection ya?
DIYUnder $15 from the neighbourhood pharmacy. =] Read and re-read the instructions to ensure NO mistakes >.<>.>
Tries hard NOT to stain the vanity, sink, clothes, floor, skin... *sweats* then have to wait approx 30mins for it to settle before rinsing *heaves sigh of relief*
- takes a break and sit in front of computer :D -
Time to rinse off FINALLY!!! Again, no sink thingy to lie while rinsing :( Have to do it the hard way then... stands at the edge of the bath and bends over...
HEY YOU!! Stop that train of thought!!!
Tips head over the edge of the bath and rinses... Have to rinse till clear den wash with shampoo TWICE! Imagine 10-15 mins in THAT position!!! *couldnt stand straight after that*
Hair is then towel-dried and brushed.
So, which would you opt for? Salon or DIY? Me? Definitely DIY!!! *evil laugh*

This is the colour I chose :D red for Chinese New Year lor! Oh smth to note... Alot of salons use
L'oreal products anyways... and its the
one brand I prefer to use too :D
