Hainanese Chicken Rice anyone?

Singaporean food was featured in last week's Food Safari on SBS and one of the dishes that caught Hunny's eyes were Hainanese Chicken Rice! *drools!*

Well, Hunny was so taken by the 'ease' of making the dish, he set out to accomplish his own challenge!

Hunny had fun cooking and it turned out amazing for a non-native on his 1st try! It's even much better than most of the chicken rice available in Sydney! YUP! I've got really high standards u know!
